Delivery Information

As all of our goods are manufactured to order, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. We expand our fleet of specialised vehicles every year and each has a tracker system, so if at any time you require an ETA on your delivery, please call us on (0113) 2320555 and we shall be pleased to assist. 

All of our deliveries for cabinets are Roadside Delivery only as standard and any further assistance required will need to be arranged in advance and may incur extra costs. If your goods are urgent or you require delivery by a certain date then please let us know and we will ensure we do our best to accommodate your requirements. 

Presently we deliver 90% of our consignments using our own vehicles and drivers and all our goods are fully insured against loss and damage in transit. 

Whether enquiring about a 6U Server storage rack or a number of 52U storage cabinets our sales support team will be assisting you from the sale right through to a three years after sales support, helping you to choose the best data cabinet for your specific requirements.

Please note:
You must organise the return of the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

Refunds: Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.

Cancelled orders or Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice price less 25% Re-Stocking fee and less delivery cost.

Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging but with accessories missing: You will be refunded the full invoice price less 25% Re-Stocking fee, less delivery cost and less price of accessories.
Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
