Delivery Information

All our cabinets are made to order and we endeavour to delivery within a 3 day period. We expand our fleet of specialised vehicles every year and each has a tracker system, so if at any time you require an ETA on your delivery, please call us on (0113) 2320555 and we shall be pleased to assist.

Presently we deliver 90% of our consignments and all our goods are fully insured.

Please note:
You must organise the return of the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account. Refunds :Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.

Cancelled orders or Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packagigng including all accessories and in re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice price less 15% Re-Stocking fee and less delivery cost.

Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging but with accessories missing: You will be refunded the full invoice price less 15% Re-Stocking fee, less delivery cost and less price of accessories.
Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
